The whole facility is undergoing a massive upgrade. Management was very open regarding the renovations and the workers were very considerate. Housekeeping was also excellent and very flexible in their cleaning schedule. The upgraded rooms are much more comfortable than they were before. I also witnessed the evening and night managers actively evicting people from the premises who did not belong on the property. It made me feel safer.

Great service. Very clean. Great location. Great water pressure. Pool and hot tub looked clean and well maintained. Exercise room looked well equipped.

love the hot tub, the swimming pool, the breakfast is good too! the room where we stayed was super clean and comfortable, beautiful marmol looking sink counter, the place was quiet at night, amazing to know the pizza place was close located from the hotel and they deliver to our room! definitely in our list of favorite hotels to stay again!! booked it online to get amazing deals!

We loved the Loctation, it was close to everything you might want to do in San Diego. Pool was nice and so was the hot tub. We got the King sweet and put up a air mattress for the kids and the older one slept on the couch but the room had way more room that the 2 queen bed rooms so it was great for the space. Breakfast was great addition.

This was a great apartment complex. The room was way more spacious than I expected, with good heating/aircon. The breakfast was basic but nice, and a welcome break from classic American over-indulgence. The facilities were as stated, I used the gym which was basic but served its purpose, unfortunately the weather was not good enough for me to test the pool. Finally, it is less than a 5 min walk from the nearest tram (trolley) stop, which runs up to the university or down to the city and all the way to the Mexican border. The staff were friendly and handed out free water bottles when we temporarily lost water during a storm.

The location is great. All the sights we planned to visit with family were in the proximity of the hotel. We had issue with scheduling cleaning services but the manager was super helpful and understanding and helped us resolve all our issues. Highly recommended!

The room had been remodeled it was like a brand new room. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The price was VERY affordable. Would definitely recommend.
